Customer Payment

NETWORK DIRECT processes new orders via Direct Deposit payment. EFT remittance is expected prior to shipment (CBA or NAB). Please email us EFT confirmation including Order Number. EFT details will be included on our confirming Pro-forma to you. We also accept Business and Australia Government credit cards over the phone (3% surcharge applies).

Credit Accounts

NETWORK DIRECT AUSTRALIA offers Net-30 credit accounts to established Australian Business, Education, and Government customers upon formal credit approval. We are an approved Supplier to Defence, BHP, Rio Tinto, and more. We cater to multiple Federal and State Government departments, Local Councils, Schools, TAFE’s, and Universities.

Delivery Options

NETWORK DIRECT uses a number of popular shipping couriers. Stocked items typically depart within 24-hours of receipt of payment, Mon-Fri. Courier delivery times vary depending upon proximity to metropolitan areas with customers typically receiving goods within 3-4 working days. We cannot predict the exact time of day the courier will deliver.

Support

At NETWORK DIRECT AUSTRALIA we are committed to providing our customers with the best products and services. In most cases help is available directly from the product manufacturer. We strongly advise purchasing annual SmartNet support for all Cisco products. All products are sold with the respective manufacturer’s published standard warranty.

DOA Returns

If a product is DOA, incorrectly shipped, or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team for a Return Authorisation Number within 14 days of purchase. NETWORK DIRECT AUSTRALIA will test the returned product within 7 working days of receipt into our warehouse. Some products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for testing.

Warranty Returns

If a product purchased from NETWORK DIRECT AUSTRALIA develops a fault within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service. Warranty periods and service levels vary by manufacturer and product. The manufacturer may coordinate any refund, repair or replacement with us.

Unopened Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for products in their original, unopened and undamaged packaging. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the product to request a Return Authorisation. Please ensure that the returned product is suitably packaged. A credit will be issued for the original purchase price of the product less any associated freight costs and re-stocking fees.

Opened Products

In general, NETWORK DIRECT AUSTRALIA cannot accept any opened or Special Order products for return. As a distributor, we are subject to the return policies that our Vendors in turn apply towards us. If a manufacturer is agreeable to your opened product return, a credit will be issued for the original purchase price of the product less any associated freight costs and re-stocking fees.

Warranty Service

Our experience shows that manufacturer standard Warranty Service is often not a suitable solution to emergency equipment replacement. It may take 30-days to process. We therefore strongly recommend a manufacturer Extended Service plan and/or company redundancy plan for your critical equipment. We advise purchasing Cisco SmartNet coverage for all Cisco networking products.
